Shelly Conrad - Owner / Escrow Officer
I have been in Florida since the age of two and consider myself a true Floridian. I graduated from Mariner High School in 1998 and entered the title industry in 2001. I have been active in all day-to-day operations as an office manager, escrow officer and as the VP of Title Operations in South West Florida during my career in title. When I am not helping clients and realtors, I enjoy taking advantage of everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer. My family and I enjoy anything outdoors, spending time with our dogs and soaking up the sunshine.
Destiny Conrad - Post Closing Officer
I was born and raised in SW Florida. I graduated from Mariner High School class of 2016. I have been working in the title industry for 6 years now and I have gained a large amount of knowledge on all aspects of title. I currently hold the position as a Post Closing Officer, making sure all files are completed with ease! When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my 3 big dogs, on the beach or in the mud. I currently attend Florida Southwestern State College pursing an Associate Degree in Science and a Certificate to be a Crime Scene Technician.
